Class Description
This class is designed: to inspire those who are young at heart, eager to explore various art forms within or outside their comfort zone or skill set, desiring to discover or exercise their creative soul, or elevate their creative productivity. Together we will explore and engage the following creative arts expressions: beginning with movement and progressing through poetry, lyrics/songwriting, short story writing, meditations on life, art, photography, acting, and video shorts.
Beginning with the inspiration of skilled master artisans, students will study, review, and infuse these inspirations into weekly creative art assignments.
Class time will include teaching, group activities, activations (mentally, emotionally, physically, relationally, spiritually...), performance, and creative collaborations.

Class Description
Basic Intro to clay - various techniques and skill developments used to produce pottery works - pinch pots, planters, coasters, coil pots and a functional cup. Pottery 2 produces a soap tray, breakfast plate and fun cover jar.

Class Description
Basic intro to clay - using various techniques, tools and skill development, starting with a simple planter, coasters, coil pot and fryboat. Pottery 2 produces a coffee mug and plate, choice of cover jar or set of 4 mugs.

Exploring the process of creating beauty, students will learn how to use polymer clay, beads and other materials used to create beautiful pieces of jewelry. The process of creating beauty is inspirational. In the process of creating jewelry, we will connect with Biblical principles that will inspire and encourage each student.

Class Description
Student will learn sewing basics including use of the sewing machine, threading the machine, winding bobbins, various machine settings, using basic sewing tools including mats, rulers, marking tools, the rotary cutter, scissors. They will learn about fabric types, grain lines, seam allowances and measuring. Students will also learn about patchwork piecing, placing pockets, lining and strap making.
